On the day, it is preferable for all team leaders and volunteers to:
- Enjoy a free barbecue.
- Assemble at the zone assembly point at 8:00am for prayer and instructions
- Team leader confirm jobs assignments and collect name tags
- Teams move out for their assignments around 8:30am
- Everyone to return around 12:00 -1:00pm
- Return all job sheets
- Return name tags
- Return volunteer registrations
