On the day, it is preferable for all team leaders and volunteers to :

Enjoy a free barbecue.
Assemble at the zone assembly point at 8:00am for prayer and instructions
Team leader confirm jobs assignments and collect name tags
Teams move out for their assignments around 8:30am
Everyone to return around 12:00 -1:00pm
